By using Wafi AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Wafi is a general-purpose AI assistant. Replies are generated automatically and may contain errors — do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

2. Accounts & Plans

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Each plan has daily message limits shown in the app; limits and prices may change with prior notice.
• Paid subscriptions renew per the announced billing mechanism; you may cancel before renewal.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, to create harmful, misleading, or abusive content, or to attempt to breach the service, bypass usage limits, or abuse resources.

4. Ownership

You retain ownership of the text you submit. Wafi's design, brand, and code belong to the service operator.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
